Read this, or not, whatevs

Life is stressful.
And can often suck.
But what can you do?
From my own experience there’s only one way out; working your ass off to get out of the situation.
That is it. Because you have so much to live for it’s unreal. You do not know where you could be in 5, 10, 15 years from now. You could do something so amazingly fantastic with your life. You can. Even if it only affects one person, that’s one person more than none.
No matter how small of a difference you make (and will make) it’s still a difference. And any difference is a notable one.
So, when life throws shite your way, just think ‘okay, things are difficult, let’s get help’
Because the more you deny it the worse it gets; it took me 6 months to realise that. Don’t let it get worse than it has to be, you deserve more.
Everyone deserves happiness, a chance at happiness. A life where they’re content with themselves.
Coping can be so hard. But there are loads of methods and things to help you.
The human race can show utter dismay and incompetence at times, but when we think about it we have millions of people who devote their lives to helping people. That is amazing. The extent we would go to help another in need.
I find it courageously beautiful; and so should you.

We all like to think we have it under control, but we don’t always have that.

People are there to help. If they didn’t want to, they wouldn’t. Simple as that.
But they do.
They’ve reached their hand out, all you have to do is reach for theirs.
